Internal Business Development Associate Reports to Director of Marketing and Communications Job Description: Position is responsible for all sales-related activities, including lead generation, market research, lead cultivation, and general lead pipeline management. Candidate will work with other departments to help manage several business development strategies (traditional, digital, and social) and processes, as well as produce and present weekly reports of sales-related activities. Responsibilities will culminate with the successful onboarding of a new lead. An effective candidate must love the mundane as well as the exciting. Candidates are expected to routinely follow up with simple emails as well as initiate an abundance of phone calls. Candidate will be expected to embrace hunting/chasing leads. The Internal Business Development Associate position is integral to our firm and is reflective of salary, variable compensation, and benefits. It offers a meaningful opportunity for an individual to be part of a significant practice within the Wealth Management industry. A considered candidate must possess the following qualifications: College: A big plus Sales Experience: Two years direct Sales Experience. Ability to process a lot of Noes before you hear a Yes.
